November 2021: Beautiful colored autumn forest at the lower part of the Calanda massif north of Coire. This year's autumn was quite calm, mild and rather dry. Therefore many forests became quite colorful: A wonderful view on a sunny day like this! The upper part of the Calanda massif (2805m a.s.l.) is above tree line, the forests below contain spruce, larch, beech, birch, maple and more species and is thereby a wonderful and diverse forest. In these forests the first pack of wolves lived after this animal returned to Switzerland!
