Seven-leaved bittercress [Cardamine pentaphyllos] (Fingerblättrige Zahnwurz): I was quite surprised to find a whole field of this beautiful flower. But it grew only in just one single spot in the woods, 10m and more aside I found not one of them. One reason is that it has a rhizome and therefore new plants grow close to the old ones. This is a forest plant that gets along well with shady sites.
