Here you can see two famous things: first the Glarus thrust (Glarner Hauptüberschiebung), an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and second the Martinsloch, a hole in the rocks: On one day in the year the sun shines through this hole directly onto the tower clock of the church of Elm.
