Changes in the last month: Arctic: The Arctic sea ice grew and closed the Siberian passage in some regions although most of the shorline is still ice-free. The ice advanced a bit in eastern Greenland. Snow: Not a big difference in North America except Alaska, but much more in Siberia and northern Scandinavia.
Antarctica: Some differences, but difficult to estimate. Not yet a significant sea ice melt.
