2014-2015 compare: Arctic: This year we observe more sea ice between Svalbard and Nowaja Semlja and north of Svalbard, but less in the Bering Sea. Hardly any snow last and this year in Europe. Less snow this year in Asia, more in the U.S. Rocky Mountains.
Antarctica: I would estimate slightly more sea ice this year around Antarctica.
