I rather expected to meet some cows perhaps, but this is a bison that will start to gallop in the next seconds - but fortunately turned to the left and away from me. The blue sign in the background belongs to the rocket launch facilities here on Kodiak Island...
Ich hätte ja vielleicht Kühe erwartet, aber dies war ein Bison, der gleich zu galoppieren beginnen wird - aber zum Glück drehte er nach links ab, er ist eine Nummer grösser als ich. Die blaue Tafel im Hintergrund gehört zu den Einrichtungen der Raketenstartrampe hier auf Kodiak.
