Glacier de la Plaine Morte (Switzerland's biggest plateau glacier): This region got quite a lot of snow last winter and several times in spring an early summer. Therefore most of the glacier was still snow-covered which prolongs its lifetime a little bit. Ice thickness is still 150-200m, annual ice loss is about 1m - hopefully a bit less this year (depends on this autumn's weather).
