• September 2025: Wasp spider [Argiope bruennichi] (Wespenspinne): I found this big, colorful spider in my little tomato greenhouse. In the upper part of the greenhouse there are often some insects trapped because they fly upwards or towards the light but there is no opening at the top. It seems that this spider takes advantage of this circumstance because it built its web just above the door.
