The rain has finally come. The jet stream is dipping south and temps have cooled to
more normal levels. The Ottawa River in the picture is low today but yesterday it
was about 2 feet higher due to the rain. The base flow is very low because it was so
dry so the rain cause a short hydrograph spike.
