Here is my November image actually taken on Nov. 1. I have had a hard time getting
them taken exactly on the first of the month as you know. The weather here has been
wet and cold for the month. I've sat through many rainy soccer games. Even though it
has rained often, the Ottawa River is still low because it was so dry this past
summer.
I'm still waiting for the ditches to fill with water. We'll see how long that will
take.
Hurricane Sandy was quite a storm for our area even though the coast is nearly 1000
km away. There was a lot of wind, some rain and even some sleet and snow. Areas just
about 100 km away got flooding rains. Things are back to normal here but millions of people to
our east are still out of power.
