After a record breaking February for cold and snow, it has finally started to warm up. In Cleveland, it was the coldest February since 1875. Here it was the coldest month since January 1978. We have had highs of about 8 C the last few days. As you can see, someone had drive their snowmobile on the Ottawa River. I haven't seen that before. The ice is very thick.
