Here is my August 1 image from July 31. We have had a very cool spring with lots of rain. over 1 million acres of farm fields were not planted in the area. Farmers are hurting. Lake Erie is predicted to have a large algal bloom this year but it will be 30% lower than it could have been because the farmers did not fertilize their fields.
