Sorry it took me a while to send my January image. I will send two one from the beginning of the month and one from this past week. We just had a snow storm that dropped over 22 cm of light dry snow. It was quite beautiful. Since school was cancelled, as typical I spent quite a bit of time photographing snow flakes. This storm had many very beautiful flakes and there were many different varieties. I don"t remember a snow storm where I was able to see so many different kinds of snow flakes.
Overall January has been un-seasonably cool. We have had several days where the temperature has been around -13 C but today 1/23 the afternoon temperature was above +20.
