Spring green-up is coming a little later this year. After some warm weather in late January and February, March was quite cold. We had 3 snow falls in March and even one day in April! This has delayed green-up significantly this year. We have planted various things in the garden, and they too are very slow in germinating due to the cold ground temperatures.
