There has been little sunshine here during the last two months or we saw it only about 70 hours in June. It has not been like that the last 100 years. It has been raining almost every day throughout the month in the southwest part of the country where Rauðavatn (Red lake) is. The temperature on the day the image was taken was about 9°C. The lupine blossoms and the clouds cover the mountains. The lupine has flourished later than before but the trees and flowers are beautiful - they get enough moisture. We are having difficulties with our bees because of the rain and no sunshine, we have had to feed them until now.
